The smart lalique on aura tout vu is an exceptional vehicle that sprang fully fledged from the rich imaginations of livia stoianova, yassen samouilov and andré de sà pessoa in january 2003, during the season of haute couture collections.
the body of this cult car is set with more than two thousand heliconia flowers in satin-smooth crystal, all finely hand-sculpted by lalique’s master glassworkers.
and since it is a “couture“ model, the interior naturally had to be as beautiful as the exterior, and the body work as refined as the under-car machinery. on aura tout vu’s obsession with perfection reaches down to the smallest details – the seats for example are made of solstiss lace.
what could be more natural than for an original dress designer to dream up a dress for a princess embroidered with crystal for an exceptional, mould-breaking revolutionary car, the very symbol of modernity.

sponsored by the actor muriel robin and marine jacquemin, a tv journalist with tf1, the association aims to collect funds to build a hospital for mothers and children in kabul.
in afghanistan, one child in four never celebrates its fifth birthday. “enfants afghans” has set the goal of providing 20,000 consultations a year, 1,000 surgical operations, and the training of a new generation of medical and paramedical specialists.
on may 27, madame bernadette chirac laid the hospital’s foundation stone. the estimated cost is 9 million euros, four million of which have already been collected from individual donors and corporate partners.
this humanitarian action forms part of the public health plan drafted by the afghan government, which has kindly provided a 10,000 square meter site for the hospital.
the program was launched at the end of 2001 and is advancing rapidly. the first phase of building has begun, the first doctors have been chosen, and the quest for medical equipment is under way.
work on the first buildings should be completed by june, with the opening planned for the autumn of 2004. the hospital for mothers and children consists of three sections which will be built as donations come in.
